Please notify us within 7 days once receipt of goods for a full refund if the item is faulty, damaged or an incorrect order has been processed by Carma Critta. All postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the case of an incorrect order error then any return shipping costs incurred by the customer will be reimbursed or credited to your account.
We have the right to assess the returned item prior to offering a replacement, exchange or refund. Replacement orders will not be shipped out until we receive the original goods first.
If the error was made by the buyer when placing their order please notify us within 7 days. Once the item has been returned unopened a full refund will be issued less postage costs. If a replacement item is required postal charges will apply. A credit voucher can be issued in lieu of a replacement item. All goods returned by the buyer must be packed well to avoid damage during transit.
